I am a Board Certified, Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Masters Degree in Pastoral Studies. I work with individuals, couples, and families experiencing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, grief, anger, and Post-traumatic stress. I also journey with those struggling with illness or disability; issues with food, body image, or self-care; and concerns around intimacy, sexuality, and sexual identity.
My therapeutic approach is informed by mindfulness and a holistic understanding of mind-body-spirit. I believe that every moment offers us a choice, and the potential for creating a life of joy and fulfillment. That means that we are offered a chance of healing, of renewal, and of increased peace and understanding, with every breath we breathe. My work is about guiding you to live into the choices that lead to your wholeness.

I believe in the sacred worth and dignity of all people. I hold diversity and inclusion as fundamental values. I am honored to work with people of all backgrounds, including those whose race, religion, nationality, political affiliation, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical abilities, Veteran status, or life experiences are different from mine. I believe we are enriched both by exploring and honoring difference; and by recognizing and celebrating what we share in common.
