What is faith? Is there a God? What is my purpose in life ... ?

Asking these questions is at the heart of exploring one’s spirituality—and the answers often change as we mature, gain new life experiences, live through challenges or trauma, and reassess our beliefs from a new perspective.

It is always an honor for me to accompany someone in their spiritual seeking. Other questions I invite you to explore include—What brings you joy? What gives you a sense of fulfillment? Where do you find a sense of peace? Where and when do you feel most alive?

Spirituality is not a formula, a plan, or even a practice. It is unique for every person, full of surprise, mystery, and wonder. I welcome your questions, your seeking, even your anger at or estrangement from God. It is all part of the process.

Let’s talk...

"If you walk with true awareness of every step, without having a goal to get anywhere, happiness will arise naturally. You don't need to look for happiness."

– Thich Nhat Hanh
