About Laura
Laura Wall

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Masters Degree in Pastoral Studies. I work with individuals, couples, and families experiencing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, grief, anger, and Post-traumatic stress; as well as concerns around intimacy, sexuality, and body image. I am also a Pastoral counselor and can journey with you in areas of spirituality, seeking, and living a life of meaning.

My approach is informed by a holistic understanding of mind-body-spirit. I use many therapeutic techniques including CBT, TF-CBT, mindfulness, somatic-based, EMDR, psycho-education, and others; but the foundation of our work together is built on a relationship of trust and exploration.

I believe in each person's inherent ability to learn, grow, and heal. I believe that every moment offers a choice, and the potential for creating a life of joy and fulfillment. That means that we are offered a chance of healing, of renewal, and of increased peace and understanding, with every breath we breathe. My work is about guiding you to live into the choices that lead to your wholeness.

I believe in the sacred worth and dignity of all people. I hold diversity and inclusion as fundamental values. I am honored to work with people of all backgrounds, including those whose nationality, ethnicity, political affiliation, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical abilities, Veteran status, or life experiences are different from mine. I believe we are enriched both by exploring and honoring difference; and by recognizing and celebrating what we share in common.

“I just wanted to thank you, I haven’t felt this calm in years and I can’t wait to continue working with you."
