Who I Am / How I Work
I’ve been through life’s storms and I know how to get to the other side. My life experience, extensive training, and genuine love of the work I do mean that I can guide you with compassion and skill through whatever brings you here.
My approach is integrative, drawing from mind-body-spirit practices and evidence-based techniques like CBT, mindfulness, EMDR, and somatic therapy. But more than any method, what matters most is the trust and connection we build together.
I believe each person has the ability to grow, heal, and create a meaningful life. It’s why I do the work I do—because it gifts me with the joy of seeing people learn how to feel happier, healthier, and more at peace.
